Right to Withdraw from Contract
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. You must notify us of your decision in writing at the email address info@total-slovenija.si. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original quantity unless the goods were damaged through no fault of the buyer.

Dispute Resolution
All complaints and claims can be sent to the email address info@total-slovenija.si. We are committed to addressing your complaint as quickly as possible and will inform you of the outcome.
In case of a dispute, we aim for an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Slovenia. The buyer has the right to initiate proceedings with the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.
