Right to Withdraw from Contract

In accordance with Slovenian law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. You must notify us of your decision in writing at info@total-slovenija.si. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The goods must be returned undamaged and in the original quantity, unless damaged through no fault of the buyer.

Dispute Resolution

All complaints and disputes can be sent to info@total-slovenija.si. We are committed to resolving your complaint as quickly as possible and will notify you of the outcome.
